This term, we are ensuring that Year 2 pupils know all taught sounds from Early Years and Reception. This will enable them to read fluently and confidently. 
Below is an overview of the sounds we will be teaching this term, and some words that we will be reading and spelling. 
This term, we are learning all about Space! 
We will be building our own Mars Rovers, which we will be using in Science experiments throughout the term!
In Geography, we are learning all about maps. This will enable us to create a map of our very own Mars Colonies.
